The cameras are not going to be leaving Deion Sanders anytime soon. According to On3, a docuseries based around the Colorado head football coach will be making its way to Netflix in 2026.

Netflix To Spotlight Deion Sanders’ Journey in 2026 Docuseries ‘PRIME TIME’
Sanders himself also made an announcement about the docuseries earlier today (via Netflix).
Here is what he had to say: “I ain’t one for rumors, but I heard a rumor. Prime Time is going Prime Time on Netflix in 2026.”
We can confirm that the rumors are true…

It is safe to say that the Colorado Buffaloes head coach is fired up about the prospect of being able to tell more stories in front of the camera. The series will consist of three 60-minute episodes, which will likely follow the Pro Football Hall of Famer and his time in Boulder. Knowing Sanders, this is likely to be a fascinating story of life as a college football head coach and more.
Deion Sanders’ 2025 Outlook
It is unknown what the 2025 season will hold for Sanders and his Buffaloes. After winning just four games in 2023, the Buffs flipped the script and won nine in 2024.
However, the team has lost three of its most important contributors to the NFL in quarterback Shedeur Sanders, Heisman winner Travis Hunter, and starting cornerback Shilo Sanders.
The head coach is also losing two of his sons, which will take some time to get used to. While the team’s nine wins from a year ago are impressive, it is hard to say if they can get back to that or do even better in 2025, judging by the talent that they lost.
Also, while it is impressive that Colorado finished with a 7-2 conference record last year, they finished in a four-way tie for first place in the conference and lost out on the tiebreaker.

Teams like Iowa State, Arizona State, and BYU are returning plenty of experience from a season ago. This is where great coaching is going to have to come into play for Sanders if he wants to take his team to a new level in 2025.
Coaching is the only thing that can help make up for the talent that was lost to the NFL last month.
