Now former Michigan Wolverines coach Sherrone Moore may have done more than what was initially reported to the public and all over social media regarding his case. On Friday, Dec. 12, a video was posted @CraigCartonShow on X/Twitter that shows sports analyst Craig Carton alongside his co-host Tyrone Johnson in the latest episode of his namesake podcast.
In the clip, it was seen that the two were discussing the recent case of coach Moore, wherein he is being accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a staffer from the University of Michigan, despite having been married for a decade already. As it turns out, according to Carton, he heard of rumors that Moore was also messaging the likes of OnlyFans models even during high-intensity games during the 2025 campaign.
“ This story, I’ve not seen like double confirmed yet, but there’s a report out there that he was DM-ing an OnlyFans model, okay, at halftime of the Michigan-Ohio State game…And I guess he gave his speech to the team, if it’s accurate, and then went and checked out his phone and was DM-ing it again, allegedly, at halftime of the only game this year that mattered for Michigan, the Michigan-Ohio State game,” Carton claimed.
SHERRONE MOORE DID WHAT DURING THE OHIO STATE GAME!?
“He was DMing an OnlyFans model… in the only game that mattered! Here’s the crazy reality… if Michigan had beat Ohio State… I don’t think this story’s out there…” — @craigcartonlive #Michigan #SherroneMoore pic.twitter.com/ifKUnjX5pQ

Moore, in what ended up becoming his first and last stint at the helm of the Wolverines program, brought Michigan to an overall record of 9-3 (7-2 Big Ten) as the team ended with the fourth-best record in the Big Ten conference. Despite not being named as a participant in this year’s college football playoffs, the squad will still play out the Cheez-It Citrus Bowl later this month, now under the tutelage of interim coach Biff Poggi.

Craig Carton Claims That Sherrone Moore Wouldn’t Have Gotten Arrested If His 2025 Team Went Further
The Michigan Wolverines lost their final game of the 2025 regular season to one of their rivals, the Ohio State Buckeyes, by a staggering 18 points, 27-9, back on Nov. 29 on their home pitch, the Michigan Stadium in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Craig Carton believes that had the outcome of that game been different, then there’s a real possibility that Sherrone Moore’s story never gets out, and he doesn’t get arrested and fired.
“Here’s the crazy reality about this, and I don’t think anyone could tell me I’m wrong. It’s an opinion, but I don’t think you could tell me that it’s a crazy opinion. If Michigan had beaten Ohio State and become eligible to get in, you know, to the final 12 in the tournament, I don’t think the story’s out there,” Carton shared.
