LaJohntay Wester’s Recent Social Media Post
Wester spent the first four years of his college football career playing for the Florida Atlantic Owls before transferring to the Buffaloes before the start of this past season. He was productive catching balls from quarterback Shedeur Sanders and playing in a wide receiver room that also featured top prospect, Travis Hunter. He had 74 receptions for 931 receiving yards and 10 touchdowns last year.
Wester took to Instagram to show how he is preparing for the upcoming NFL Scouting Combine. The post features Wester carrying two 80-pound dumbbells, one in each arm.
“One great year can change your life 😤💯,” the post was captioned.
He then posted another photo to Instagram hyping up his younger brother, Jaylen, a linebacker for the Buffaloes.
“It’ll all work out baby bro love ya to death 🤞🏿❤️ @been21one,” LaJohntay stated.
LaJohntay Wester’s 2025 NFL Draft Projection
Wester projects to be a late-round selection in the upcoming 2025 NFL Draft. He is extremely quick and agile, which allows him to create separation with ease. In addition, Wester is a good route runner and has strong hands, which allow him to make plays in almost any situation on the field.
In College Sports Network’s 2025 NFL Draft Top 300 Big Board, Wester was ranked as the No. 159th best prospect available in the draft. CSN’s Big Board ranks players solely based on talent and does not consider individual team needs or value certain positions over others, which generally tends to impact draft order.
