Roman Anthony’s sister, Lia Anthony, recently celebrated her 23rd birthday. Her friends flooded Instagram with tributes as Lia reshared the heartfelt messages and throwback photos on her Instagram story.
The Instagram stories showed glimpses of Lia’s life, with many images being bikini throwbacks from boat trips and beach days. Lia’s friends also shared memories from sunny vacations, parties, and nights out.
The messages showed deep appreciation for Lia. “Happy birthday to my favorite person in the whole 🌎!!!!!” one friend wrote. Another post, showing them dancing on a sidewalk, called Lia her “soulmate in every life ❤️”.
The loving tributes continued across several stories. “Us forever!!!!!✌🏼” one black-and-white beach photo read. “Could not imagine this life without you,” said another. One friend wrote, “I love your forever and always,” over a photo of them at sunset.
Lia Anthony gained significant public attention earlier this year as she went viral while supporting her brother, Roman. Fans also spotted her cheering during his standout rookie season with the Boston Red Sox
Her sudden fame reportedly left the family “in disbelief.” However, Lia has expressed gratitude for the supportive messages.
Lia studied Human Development and Family Sciences, having graduated from Florida State University. She is reportedly pursuing a career in medicine.

Meanwhile, Lia’s brother, Roman Anthony, is one of MLB’s top young prospects after a sensational rookie season.
The 21-year-old outfielder made his debut on June 9, 2025 and quickly became a contender for AL Rookie of the Year, having posted impressive numbers before his injury.
In 71 games, Anthony hit .292. He also added an impressive 8 home runs and 32 RBI’s. He also has an .859 OPS, having scored 48 runs too.
The Red Sox recognized his talent immediately, and in August 2025, they finalized a massive contract extension. The deal is reportedly worth $130 million over 8 years.

Unfortunately, his 2025 campaign was cut short as he landed on the injured list in early September.
Anthony suffered a left oblique strain, and the injury was initially projected to sideline him for 4-6 weeks, but he still hasn’t returned.
