PIC: Nick Castellanos’ Sister Jacqueline Pairs Pink Bikini Top With Denim Shorts and Bucket Hat in Latest Look

Jacqueline Castellanos is keeping her style light and fun this summer. The sister of Philadelphia Phillies star Nick Castellanos recently shared a mirror selfie on Instagram that caught plenty of attention.

In a simple yet striking outfit, Jacqueline paired a pink bikini top with loose-fit black denim shorts, adding a neutral bucket hat to complete the look. She also layered in some gold jewelry, which gave her casual outfit a bit of extra flair.

Jacqueline’s playful style isn’t new to fans who follow her on social media. She often mixes bold colors with relaxed fits, blending sporty and casual elements into her looks. Also making a surprise cameo in the shot was the family’s Dalmatian, who could be seen looking toward the mirror in the background. The detail gave the post an even more relaxed and personal feel.

While Nick Castellanos has been making headlines on the field with the Phillies, his sister continues to build her own following online.

Recently, Castellanos got in trouble because of a comment. A reporter asked how he felt after being replaced defensively in the ninth after having a good game defensively against the Atlanta Braves on Friday. In response, the 33-year-old expressed his frustration and stated that it was a big adjustment for him.

Even though the comment doesn’t seem off-putting, Philly fans, especially those who are aware of his track record, didn’t take it lightly. Fans on social media expressed their disappointment, claiming that they’re getting tired of his antics.

Castellanos has been in the MLB since 2013. Until 2019, he played for the Detroit Tigers. In 2022, he signed with the Phillies and made an All-Star appearance in 2023, his second overall.

Phillies Manager Explained His Nick Castellanos Decision

While there was a strong outrage among fans regarding Nick Castellanos’ comment, some people understood his sentiment. A player can’t be criticized because they want to play every inning. But the chatter around Castellanos made Phillies manager Rob Thomson explain his decision on Friday.

“[Castellanos] makes near the last out in the eighth inning,” Thomson said, “so we put Bader in because he’s the best defender we’ve got. … I think we’re all at the point now where we’re all-in. Whatever is best for the team to win a game that night, we’re all-in. Check your ego at the door and let’s go.”

Thomson did make it clear that Castellanos should’ve kept his ego in check. He also believes that the matter was blown out of proportion and shouldn’t have become as big as it did.

“We don’t need to make a big deal out of this. He’s frustrated because he wants to play, and that’s it. I understand that. I wouldn’t respect a guy if he wanted to come out of the game.”

Some believe that Castellanos should work on his game instead of making public comments. That way, he can ensure his position in the team without having to go through the unnecessary drama.
