Katie Johnson, the girlfriend of Detroit Tigers ace Jack Flaherty, is letting us know that the summer is not quite over yet. The former professional soccer player is enjoying a lavish trip to Europe and recently shared a few highlights from her vacation in Spain on social media.
Johnson made a round-up of her trip on Instagram to showcase her experience. The post had Johnson flexing her athletic body in a bright orange bikini, while on a yacht, and multiple beautiful pictures of the Spanish coastline. She captioned the post:
“summer’s not over til I say it’s over!”

The first image of the post is of Johnson, on the yacht, looking out at the stunning views.
On top of the stunning images of Spain, Johnson shared a few food videos, and videos of her with some friends on a mini-jetski and the pristine coast of Spain. The post ended with an image of Johnson walking along the deck of the yacht.
Jack Flaherty Shows Love With Sweet Comment
While Katie Johnson enjoys her vacation, Jack Flaherty is still very much in his baseball season. He still left a simple but telling comment on the above post, saying:
“I’m so lucky”.
The pair went official in July with a post from their trip to The French Laundry, the world-renowned, three-Michelin-star restaurant located in California.
On Aug. 14, Johnson posted a collage of six romantic photos of her and Flaherty, which saw the 29-year-old’s reply in the comments section as well.

Katie Johnson’s nice getaway to Spain marks a new adventure because after retiring from professional soccer last December and after her time with Angel City FC, she has now become a Pilates instructor.
