Former New York Yankees star Alex Rodriguez’s girlfriend, Jaclyn Cordeiro, recently offered fans an inside look at her top physique. The fitness entrepreneur did so in style.
Cordeiro posted a video on Instagram in which she swims in a small swimming pool from one side to another in a bright red bikini. Her caption flashed her confidence in her fitness as she flexed about her muscles in the caption, which read:
“She Dreamed Of Fins, But Got Muscles Instead – And Honestly, Ariel 2.0.”

Jaclyn Cordeiro turned into a fitness instructor right around the time when the Covid-19 pandemic hit the world. She has a decade of experience in nursing and has graduated from the University of Windsor. Jaclyn Cordeiro took questions from her followers related to fitness from her lady circle on Tuesday. One follower asked Cordeiro if she suffered from knee injuries during workouts. Cordeiro answered:
“No, I am grateful. I Have Not Had Any Serious Injuries or Physical Disabilities To Date. What works for me is placing emphasis on muscle-to-muscle connection and a combination of exercises (strength training, Pilates, yoga, HIIT, boxing – you name it, I do it). I am
cognizant of my vulnerable areas, and I use a supportive belt and a lot of holistic treatment methods to keep myself as healthy as possible.”
Another fan asked when she grew fond of fitness. She wrote:
“Since I could learn how to walk. I grew up with two older brothers. I learned quickly that in order to keep up, I had to consistently put in the work.”
Alex Rodriguez himself has admitted that following Cordeiro’s fitness regimen helped him lose over 30 pounds.
“She’s been a good influence on me. I’ve been working hard and trying to stay in shape and continuing to try to copy some of her great work ethic and health and wellness practices,” A-Rod told The Post in April.
He also spoke about the importance of intermittent fasting and reducing his steak intake as other major factors that played a huge hand in making him achieve his top physique again.
