    Jaclyn Cordeiro, the partner of MLB great Alex Rodriguez, posted a sweet new Instagram reel displaying her amazing 15-year journey in fitness and transition from new mom to competitive bodybuilder.

    The reel shows three significant snapshots of her life. The first is when she was 31 years old, just five months post-birth. The second is when she was 41 years old, for her 6th time on stage as a bodybuilder. The last is the phase of the transformation was when she was 45 years old, at her pro card moment.

    In the caption, Cordeiro shared an emotional message with her followers.

    “To every woman watching this — motherhood, age, and busy schedules aren’t barriers; they’re your superpowers. Keep showing up for yourself. Your time is coming,” she wrote on Instagram.

    This inspiring post comes just days after she achieved yet another amazing milestone in her life as on October 4, Cordeiro successfully got her IFBB Pro Card.

    The couple have been together since late 2022, and regularly support each other and it’s safe to say that Jaclyn and Alex are extremely close and share interests in fitness, and health and wellness.

    The couple often enjoys outings together. It also seems that they like to post stories of their outings on social media, where family outings and romantic outings can be seen. Just a couple of days ago, Cordeiro posted a story of her and Rodriguez walking at sunset.

    Meanwhile, the former Yankees great turned 50 earlier this year and has had a chance to quickly make a splash in the broadcasting world. Just a few days ago, he made headlines for being brutally honest about the Yankees’ front office.
