The post was a call for her followers not to use not having a gym as an excuse to not train. She added the following message to the caption:

While there isn’t a source confirming A-Rod’s ownership of a yacht, there’s plenty of history of the former Yankee renting luxurious boats. He has rented several times the 55m super yacht Ocean Paradise. It’s not hard to imagine, since he is worth $350 million as per Celebrity Net Worth.

Cordeiro is a Canadian fitness instructor whom Alex Rodriguez started dating in October 2022. According to People Magazine, the MLB star is attracted to the seriousness with which she takes her fitness, which he seems to believe is similar to his own:
“She may be as strict about her own regimen as he is,” a source told People Magazine in December 2022. “Alex and Jaclyn are both fitness-obsessed and into exercise and bodybuilding.”
The relationship evolved shortly after Rodriguez ended a relationship with fitness model Kathryne Padgett and after breaking off an engagement with singer and actress Jennifer Lopez in 2021.
