Colorado guard Shelomi Sanders, the daughter of NFL legend Coach Deion Sanders aka Prime, had people talking this weekend with her selfie on Instagram Stories. She was standing in a bathroom wearing a bright orange bikini in a mirror shot.
Shelomi, who plays for Alabama A&M, has become known both for her basketball development and as a social media star. Her new post comes ahead of the preseason training camp for the 2025-26 season.
During her junior year at Alabama A&M, Shelomi Sanders averaged 1.2 points and 0.4 rebounds in 3.9 minutes of play in 26 games. The Bulldogs finished the season with an overall record of 21-11.

Coach Prime’s Private Battle With Bladder Cancer
Coach Prime announced that he is cancer-free after having his bladder removed last week. Dr. The aggressive cancer was confirmed to have been completely removed, and a reconstructed bladder using a part of his intestine has enabled him to fully recover and resume coaching at Colorado.
In an emotional moment of truth, Deion Sanders revealed that he failed to tell his younger sons. Shedeur and Shilo Sanders did not know the complete details of the illness, both of whom were just drafted into the NFL. Rather, Coach Prime explained to them that this was due to a foot problem.
During a press conference on July 28, Sanders said:
“My sons, to this day, don’t know what transpired. I just told them it was something with my foot again because I wanted them to focus on making the team and not be focused on dad.”
Deion also reaffirmed his belief in the strength of early detection and faith. He was able to discover his cancer at an annual CT scan that he has due to his past with blood clots.
Coach Prime’s doctor, Dr, Janet Kukreja stressed on the point that they were lucky in detecting the cancer early.
“We’re lucky to have found it at this stage where I could say the word cure,” Kukreja said. “because I don’t use that word lightly as a cancer doctor.” (30:16)
Healthy and rejuvenated to enter his third year at the helm in Boulder, Coach Prime seems to be primed and ready to get back on track. The Buffs were 9-4 last year and will look to build on their improvement in 2025.
