Browns Draftee Shedeur Sanders Surprises Cleveland High School With Powerful Visit

Students of a local Cleveland high school were stunned by a visit from an unexpected guest. Fifth-round Cleveland Browns draftee Shedeur Sanders crashed the session to speak to the students.

Sanders has previously claimed that he wants to inspire the youth and shirk the “character issues” tag that followed him throughout the 2025 NFL Draft.

NFL Insider Jordan Schultz also shared a series of videos, including one of several teenage Browns fans who watched Shedeur Sanders’ workout last week and asked if he would come visit them at school.

“What School ya’ll from? Berea? Ok, I’m about to come show ya’ll some love,” Sanders responded to the group of Berea-Midpark students who came to see his workout.

Not long later, a video surfaced of Shedeur crashing a gym session from Berea-Midpark, during their pre-season preparations, much to the students’ shock.

Despite the Quarterback’s earlier promises, most of the students were left completely shocked as Sanders walked into their High School gym.

The Cleveland Quarterback has been making the rounds in the Cleveland community, also recently being recorded during a visit to John Marshall High School.

“I just wanted to come out and see y’all. We are working out every day. We got a purpose. We got something we’re trying to accomplish and achieve, but I’m trying to bring Cleveland, of course, a Super Bowl,” Sanders boldly claimed. The Browns have never won a Super Bowl since the NFL and AFL merger in 1970.

“But off the field, I want to bring more hope and positivity to the city, and connecting with young people is one of the best ways to do that,” the quarterback also promised the students.

Shedeur also took the opportunity to answer questions from some of the students, one of whom asked what inspires him to keep going.

“Knowing I got a lot of people watching me, knowing that I’m a positive influence on the youth,” Sanders explained in front of the large crowd of students.

During a press conference with Browns reporters, Sanders went on record in the past, claiming that he wants to be an inspiration and motivational figure to the youth.

“Whatever situation they’re in, that’s really where I feel like I have the most impact on, is really the kids and giving them a different perspective of respect parents, respect their elders, and respect those people that are in a position to give you advice,” explained the Cleveland quarterback.
