‘See You Soon Dallas’: Carson Beck’s Sister Kylie Expresses Excitement Over Miami’s Nail-Biting Aggies Win

Carson Beck’s Miami Hurricanes registered a thrilling win over Texas A&M in the first round of the College Football Playoff matchup. It was a dominant defensive outing from both teams while the offense struggled throughout the game.

The game ended 10-3 with Malachi Toney’s tiebreaking 11-yard touchdown reception in the final minutes of the game. With this loss, the Aggies are now eliminated while Miami advances to the Cotton Bowl.

It’s a moment worth celebrating for the No. 10 seed Miami, and Beck’s sister, Kylie, is joining the party. She reposted a graphic originally shared by Yahoo Sports on Instagram, announcing the final results of the game, on her Instagram story.

“LETS GOOOOO,” Kylie wrote. “See you in Dallas.”

Miami will now face the No. 2 seed Ohio State on December 31st. Several new records were established in the low-scoring, defense-heavy game. It became the first game in College Football Playoff history to be scoreless at halftime.

When the teams came back for the second half, the Hurricanes put the first points on the board in the third quarter. They kept the lead going into the fourth, but the Aggies managed to level the score.

Moments later, Miami found the spark they were looking for. With under two minutes left in the game, Toney’s 11-yard touchdown reception put Miami ahead 10-3, and that was enough for them to walk away with a win.

The Texas-Miami game also became the lowest-scoring game in the history of the College Football Playoff. While this was a high-pressure game, both teams made some costly mistakes throughout the four quarters.

Despite the flaws, Miami would be happy to have secured a win here, whereas the Aggies are now left with some tough questions that need to be answered.

    Carson Beck on Miami’s Offense

The Hurricanes didn’t have a great season, finishing with an 11-2 record. However, their late-season outburst, securing five wins in a row, helped them qualify for the playoffs. In November, Beck had talked about the improvements he witnessed in his team’s offense.

He saw a team that once struggled to finish drives, protect the ball, and maintain tempo turn into a more complete unit. Beck stated that the team had found its rhythm and was playing at a higher level.

The claims were backed by their unbeaten run in the last stretch. But Texas seems to have exposed more flaws in their system. Fortunately, they have over a week to iron out the wrinkles and be prepared for Ohio State.
