Carson Beck’s Ex Hanna Cavinder Shares Playful Post-Breakup Message While “Gone Fishing” in Bikini

Hanna Cavinder has never been one to stay out of the spotlight, and her latest post proves just that. Fresh off her breakup with quarterback Carson Beck, the Miami basketball star turned influencer is keeping her followers entertained with playful content.

Cavinder recently shared a reel on Instagram from a fishing trip. In the video, she is seen wearing a bikini while reeling in a massive shark, with a caption that added a clear post-breakup undertone.

“there’s plenty of fish in the sea,” Cavinder captioned her VIDEO.

Cavinder’s choice of words signaled she is ready to move forward, leaning into humor while keeping the moment lighthearted.

“gone fishing 🦈🎣 #fishing #shark” she captioned her post.

The breakup itself had been the subject of plenty of speculation, especially after the Cavinder twins addressed it in a Kai Trump vlog earlier this month.

“I broke up with him,” Hanna SAID. “And all these cheating sh*t came out. I had no idea. I didn’t break up with him because he was cheating. I broke up with him because of who he was.”

Hanna made it clear that the relationship ended not due to infidelity but because of differences in personality and compatibility. Cavinder, who has built one of the strongest personal brands in college athletics, continues to balance her basketball career with an expanding social media presence.

Beck, on the other hand, is establishing himself as one of the best quarterbacks in the country while playing for the Miami Hurricanes.

Carson Beck Wanted to Play Baseball and Football

As a sophomore, Beck committed to Florida to play baseball. He wanted to play two sports at the same time, but decided to focus on football alone after committing to Alabama. Then he decided to decommit and joined the Georgia Bulldogs instead.

Beck stayed in Georgia from 2020 to 2024 and has been representing the Hurricanes since this year. Before all of that, he wanted to play baseball too and was seriously considering it at one point.

“Yeah, it was a very strong consideration, and I actually, I think most people know this, but I was actually committed to Florida,” Beck said on Tuesday. “My freshman year of high school was for baseball, not football.”

“So that was, I mean, that was always kind of the plan of what I kind of wanted to do when I was younger, obviously, is go there and, you know, play football and baseball.”

Today, Beck is one of the strongest contenders for the Heisman trophy after recently dethroning John Mateer as a betting favorite.
