Carson Beck has fully embraced the Miami Hurricanes as his new home after transferring from Georgia. As it turns out, his sister, former Georgia cheerleader Kylie Beck, is also fully embracing the hurricanes in support of her older brother.
As Miami prepares for its opening game against the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, the younger Beck sibling donned a white top that says “Beck” in Hurricanes colors as she cheers on Carson, and she imparted some fighting words against Notre Dame on Instagram Stories.
“@canesfootball I love you already. Now let’s kick some Irish!!” she posted on her Instagram Stories.
Kylie Beck actually stayed in Georgia shortly after her brother transferred out of the school to go to Miami. She continued on as a cheerleader before eventually penning a farewell message and ultimately leaving the school as well. Often called Carson’s “biggest fan,” her support for her brother has not wavered since he transferred from Georgia.
As for her brother, Carson Beck is largely seen to turn Miami’s fortunes in football. The former Georgia QB1 is coming in with a ton of hype, though his first challenge in a Hurricanes jersey is a big one, as Notre Dame is hungry for redemption after failing to win the national championship after reaching the final, only to fall to eventual champion Ohio State.
Beck’s performance with his new team will be one of the biggest storylines coming into the game, with both teams seeking to begin their seasons strong with a statement win.

Carson Beck and the Miami Hurricanes Are Considered the Underdogs vs. Notre Dame
As for the game she is cheering her big brother on, Kylie Beck needs to bring her A game as Carson Beck and the Miami Hurricanes are considered the underdogs in this matchup on August 31, even though they are playing in Miami.
Notre Dame is still red-hot after reaching the CFP finals earlier this year and are considered the favorites to win this Week 1 matchup. The Fighting Irish have a spread of -2.5 (-110) and a moneyline of -137, with a total of Over 49.5 (-110), according to FanDuel Sportsbook.
Meanwhile, FanDuel Sportsbook has Miami at +2.5 (-110) spread and +114 on the moneyline, with a total of Under 49.5 (-110).
This is largely attributed to Notre Dame being seen as having the superior roster, even though they have a redshirt freshman in CJ Carr getting his first college start against the Hurricanes. As for Miami, while they do have an elite quarterback in Beck and the home field advantage, many feel this is still not enough to win against Notre Dame.
