After beating the Texas A&M Aggies on Saturday, it is official; Carson Beck and the Miami Hurricanes are through to the second round of the College Football Playoffs. Of course, a constant presence in his games is his younger sister, former Georgia Bulldogs cheerleader Kylie Beck. She travelled all the way from Florida to College Station, Texas, where Texas A&M is, just to cheer for her brother and the Miami Hurricanes.

Earlier, she had arrived wearing the green and orange Miami Hurricanes colors, but had soon changed to a dazzling blue corset top, green shorts and green cowboy boots in time for the game. The Canes ultimately won 10-3 on the road, setting up a showdown against No. 2 Ohio State, another contest where Carson Beck and Miami will surely find themselves as the underdogs once again.
There was some controversy in Miami’s pick as one of the final 12 teams in the CFP, with many arguing that it should have been the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, last year’s national title runner-up, that should have been picked. However, the win over the higher-seeded Texas A&M cemented the Canes’ place in the playoffs, showing that they did belong there.
As for Kylie Beck, when Carson Beck announced he was entering the transfer portal and moved from Georgia to Miami, Kylie, then one of Georgia’s top cheerleaders, also announced that she was leaving the school a little later. However, she did not follow her brother to Miami, though she does wear their colors a lot to cheer for him.

Carson Beck Struggled During Win Vs. Texas A&M In A More Defensive Game
As for the game itself, this was more of a defensive effort on both sides, with both teams’ respective defenses shining and making both of Miami’s Carson Beck and the Aggies’ Marcel Reed making costly mistakes throughout the game.
There was only one touchdown during the entire game, and it came from Miami’s Malachi Toney late in the contest. Both teams struggled to even score a point, though Miami’s defense had clamped down on Texas A&M so much that the Aggies had to rely on a lone field goal to even get on the scoreboard. Both Beck and Reed had also struggled in connecting to their teammates, with both missing passes left and right.
