Hanna Cavinder, the ex-girlfriend of Miami QB Carson Beck and one-half of the Cavinder Twins, enjoyed an outdoor day with her mother, Katie Cavinder, in her latest off-court moment. Through the Cavinder Twins’ official Instagram account, Hanna was seen taking on her mom in a light-hearted golf clash on Sunday, Aug. 31.
Usually, it’s Haley who shares golf updates alongside her fiancé and Dallas Cowboys tight end Jake Ferguson. However, the tables turned as Katie took center stage with her daughter Hanna on a golf course.
In the clip, Katie had two swings where her first shot stopped midway, but her second drive carried much further. Hanna also showed off her skills, sending the ball flying on her first attempt, though it wasn’t clear if she landed a birdie.
While neither was a Paige Spiranac-level golf influencer, Hanna and Katie captioned the post asking:
“Who’s swing is better?”

The fun outing comes hours after Hanna revealed that she and her to-be-bride twin sister, Haley, recently got back into golfing following their recovery from mammoplasty. The former Miami duo has been cleared to hit the course. Hanna’s return to the fairway with her mom proved she’s taking her time to enjoy other sports after exiting basketball, but nothing without their usual competitive edge.
Why Did Hanna Cavinder Part Ways with Miami QB Carson Beck?
Carson Beck, Miami’s new quarterback, made headlines in the offseason for his unexpected transition. His personal life has gained eyeballs as well. Much of that unwanted limelight came from his past relationship with Hanna Cavinder. Their breakup caused havoc for the Miami star.
Rumors of the couple gained steam in mid-2024, when Hanna posted a picture of Beck in his Georgia Bulldogs uniform. The college power couple was romantically linked through the second half of 2024 and into early 2025, appearing in each other’s posts. Things took a turn for the better when Beck transferred to Miami. However, by spring 2025, Cavinder had confirmed that their relationship was over, and she didn’t hesitate to explain why.
Both had stressful off-field moments, including a high-profile incident in which their Lamborghini, a Mercedes, and a Range Rover were stolen. However, according to Hanna, the bigger issue was Beck’s personality.
In a spring 2025 conversation with friends, Cavinder admitted that her quarterback boyfriend carried “too much ego” and sometimes left her “embarrassed.” She said she ended things “because of who he was” rather than any single event.
Since the split, Hanna has leaned into her influencer career and updated her fans through golf outings, family content, lifestyle posts, and her long-distance sister engagement with Haley.
