Tyreek Hill‘s divorce problems with his estranged wife, Keeta Vaccaro, continues, with her claiming that he often allegedly abused her physically and beat her up, something he denied. The Miami Dolphins wide receiver had struggled as of late, and the divorce has gotten many in the league talking.
Among those talking about his divorce battles is NFL legend Cam Newton. The former quarterback slammed Tyreek Hill during his “4th & 1” podcast over his personal life affecting his NFL performance.
“You step up here too, bro. You’re too noisy, son, you’re too noisy,” he said. “Everything off the field is affecting on the field and you can’t make us think anything different. Some of them go in front of that stove, hit them notches, and turn it to the left coz it’s boiling over.” (3:39)
“Every time I look up in the media, I can’t even refresh my door to explore without seeing you and something that you got going on. Now Tyreek, you created this, personally and professionally. Personally, we’re not going to dwell here, but you made the decision of the person to be with,” he added.
Newton then slammed Hill for allegedly wanting to get out of Miami, with this coming after the Dolphins were badly beaten by the Indianapolis Colts. Hill struggled in that game, with many speculating that the divorce battle may be getting to him on the field.
Keeta Vacarro’s attorneys have filed claims that Tyreek Hill physically assaulted her at least eight times. They got married in 2023, but Vaccaro claimed that he had started beating her up shortly after tying the knot. Hill’s attorney has claimed that she is just extorting him for money.
No Teams Showing Interest in Tyreek Hill So Far, Says Insider
While Tyreek Hill says he wants out, so far, the Miami Dolphins have reportedly not gotten many offers from other teams regarding him yet. This was reported by ESPN’s Adam Schefter, who also noted that the Dolphins also do not have any plans to trade him.
