Just hours after Auburn Tigers quarterback Jackson Arnold made his SEC Media Days appearance, his girlfriend, Skyler Marshall, got cozy with the quarterback.
Arnold, who’s going to be the starting quarterback for Hugh Freeze’s Tigers, was with Marshall. In the late-night Instagram Story, Marshall snuggles up beside the quarterback in what appears to be the cozy confines of a car.
At the SEC Media Days, Arnold spoke about his last season, which he played for the Oklahoma Sooners.
“Last year was tough,” Arnold said. “Obviously, not ideal whatsoever. But I think perseverance was a big thing that I learned last year and kind of fighting through the tough times, and we did play in some big games last year. So, now I really, I fully understand what it’s like playing a long SEC schedule against some good teams.”
Last season, Arnold played 10 games, completing 154 of 246 passes for 1,421 yards, 12 touchdowns and three interceptions. On the ground, in 150 carries, he rushed for 444 yards and three rushing touchdowns, averaging 3.0 yards per carry.
It was an up-and-down season for Arnold, who began as a starter, leading a 51–31 win over Temple with four TD passes. However, after three turnovers, he was benched against Tennessee in favor of freshman Michael Hawkins Jr. to take over briefly.
Arnold regained his starting role later in the season and did well in the upset win over No. 7 Alabama.
“Came back in and kind of played free,” Arnold said at SEC Media Days. “Not without care, but, you know. Played a little looser. Tried to do what I could. Tried to finish out the season strong, man. I’m proud of myself for how I handled things.”

During the summer, Jackson Arnold and Skyler Marshall visited Melbourne, Australia. From there, Marshall shared several snaps of visiting several iconic landmarks in the country.

Arnold and Skyler Marshall have been together since December 2020 and went public with their relationship in mid‑2021. Since then, Marshall has been close to Arnold. She was there when, in January 2022, he committed to the University of Oklahoma. She also celebrated her transfer from Oklahoma to Auburn in December.
With Jackson entering the 2025 season as Auburn’s starting quarterback and potential SEC breakout star, Skyler will likely be a constant presence attending Auburn games regularly.
