One of the more intriguing storylines this offseason was watching what the Black Knights would do with their previously-announced opponents from years past. Army had games scheduled against Lehigh, UConn, Syracuse, Dartmouth, UNLV, UMass, Wake Forest, and Ball State that had to be figured out once they became a football-only member of the AAC.
It was expected that Army will continue their rivalry games with Air Force and Navy as a part of their triangle series, the battle for the Commander-In-Chief’s Trophy.

In the end, the games against Notre Dame, Air Force, and Lehigh were left, next to the Black Knights’ AAC schedule for 2024.
In their new AAC football schedule, Army plays host to some unique teams. They’ll welcome UAB, ECU, Rice, and UTSA to Michie Stadium.
The Roadrunners were a game away from the AAC Championship Game in 2023, falling to Tulane in the final week of the regular season.
Army gets to avoid Tulane on their AAC schedule this season while UTSA will look to exact some revenge for Army’s victory in San Antonio this past season.
On the road, Army makes treks to Florida, Texas, Pennsylvania, and Oklahoma. They’ll face off against FAU, North Texas, Temple, and Tulsa, each of which offers up a challenging road contest.
