Arkansas State Red Wolves Depth Chart

The Arkansas State Red Wolves football team represents Arkansas State University and competes in the NCAA Division I Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS). Prior to joining the Sun Belt in 2001, the program had been a part of four different conferences and played as independents in four different time periods. The Red Wolves play their home games at Centennial Bank Stadium, affectionately known as 'The Vault', located in Jonesboro, Arkansas. The stadium's nickname comes from its fortress-like appearance and the team's reputation for defending their home turf.
Arkansas State has a unique history, having undergone a significant nickname change in 2008 from the Indians to the Red Wolves. The team's colors are scarlet and black, and their mascot is “Howl,” who comes with a female counterpart, “Scarlet.”. The Red Wolves have a distinctive hand signal called "Wolves Up", where fans raise their hands with their fingers spread to resemble a wolf's paw.
Arkansas State has gained recognition for its success in the Sun Belt Conference, winning five conference championships between 2011 and 2016. The program also boasts a notable "One and Done" era, where they had four different head coaches in four consecutive years (2011-2014), each leaving for a Power Five conference job after a single successful season.
