Deion Sanders’ son, Shilo Sanders, NFL career has had an uncertain turn after the Tampa Bay Buccaneers decided to waive him, as he couldn’t make the cut for the 53-man active roster for the regular season. Shilo went undrafted in the 2025 NFL draft but was signed as a UDFA.
Amid this, on Friday, insider Dov Kleiman shared throwback videos of former Bucs receiver Antonio Brown cooking Shilo up in a one-on-one setting. In the multiple scrimmages, Brown’s got Shilo beat several times as he easily bypasses the safety.

When Brown himself came across this video, he shared a quirky reaction as he said,
“You all tried to gas him… I’ve always known,” Brown said.

According to the former receiver, people are trying to put a fire in his relationship with Shilo by posting videos at a time when he really needs something good to attract a team.
In the second quarter of the Bucs’ final preseason game against the Buffalo Bills, Shilo Sanders was ejected after he threw a punch at tight end Zach Davidson. This landed him in trouble with head coach Todd Bowles, as he said it was “inexcusable.” One day later, Shilo was released from the team.

Previously, as well, Brown has taken shots at Deion Sanders’ safety son by posting such clips himself.
“Deion using me help his sorry [expletive] sons” he wrote.
This elicited a response from Coach Prime himself, but he took the high road instead of getting into a beef. He wrote:
“Love you, man, & I appreciate you, my brother. I will never publicly or privately speak negatively about you, man, regardless of what’s said. You KNOW I know you, and I’m holding on & praying for the AB I know. Even when I played corner, I didn’t need any help. Lolol. Love you too, Life! PRIME”
In the meantime, Brown’s shots at the Sanders family have resulted in disappointing reactions from two former NFL stars. The former Super Bowl champion slammed Brown’s post as unnecessary and lacking empathy amid Shilo’s already rough transition into the NFL.
“Turn yourself in, boi. Go talk about the Sanders family with your cellmate,” Samuel wrote.
Likewise, Cam Newton, on his 4th and 1 podcast, called out Brown for clout-chasing. Newton highlighted that Shilo shared full footage of the workout, suggesting the edited clips AB posted painted an incomplete and unfair picture.
“This is lopsided information, Antonio Brown,” Newton said. “He’s a riot; you know what comes with Antonio Brown. He’s the ultimate troll. He said things about me and a lot of other people, and that’s just who he is.”
It remains to be seen how Shilo Sanders takes his career forward after latest setback.
