Former NFL Star, Current Stanford GM Andrew Luck Spotted Playing QB at Cardinal Practice

A video shared on social media shows Andrew Luck, the current Stanford general manager, lining up at QB for the Stanford Cardinal. Following multiple misconduct allegations and NCAA violations, Andrew Luck fired head coach Troy Taylor this offseason, which demanded a major leadership shake-up.

Following this departure, Stanford saw the arrival of Frank Reich for the 2025 season. The intent was clear: The program looked to have gotten the reset it needed.

Former Stanford Quarterback Joined as GM Last Year

Luck had accepted a newly created role at Stanford back in 2024, placing him above the whole program and is distinct from the conventional college GM role.
