On Aug. 25, Amari Cooper signed a one-year, $3.5 million contract with the Las Vegas Raiders, who drafted him fourth overall in the 2015 NFL Draft. Just over a week later, the wide receiver called it quits, announcing his retirement, as reported by NFL insider Tom Pelissero.
