His college career at North Dakota State was characterized by variety and excellence. After redshirting in 2018, he moved throughout the offensive line, playing left tackle, center, and guard. In 2023, he started all 15 games at left tackle, garnering First-Team All-American recognition and helping NDSU lead the nation in rushing touchdowns.
Despite being undrafted in 2024, Jalen signed with the Seattle Seahawks on July 23, 2024. His efforts in training camp earned him a berth on the 53-man roster. He appeared in 12 games during the 2024 season, demonstrating his ability and determination to excel at the professional level.
Serena Sundell, Jalen’s younger sister, has made her mark in athletics.
