Texas A&M 2025 NFL Mock Draft Round Up: Projecting Where Every Aggies Star Will Be Drafted

Defensive line play was a major strength for the Texas A&M Aggies in 2024, as they sported one of the most physically imposing units in all of college football. Three of those players are draft-eligible and will hear their names called in the 2025 NFL Draft.

Who are those players — and what are we hearing regarding where they may land?

EDGE Shemar Stewart Mock Draft Projections

    • CBS Sports: Round 1, Pick 10
    • Pro Football Network: Round 1, Pick 8

Stewart stands as one of the most polarizing prospects in the entire draft, as he recorded only 4.5 sacks in three seasons with the Aggies.

The reason he’s projected to go in the top 10 is because of his measurables: 6’5, 267 pounds with impressive NFL Combine marks of 4.59 in the 40-yard dash, 40-inch vertical, and 10’11” broad jump—all nearing the top for his EDGE position group.

It’s unclear which team will take the chance on Stewart, but all it takes is one organization that believes they can develop him into a defensive star and franchise difference-maker.

EDGE Nic Scourton Mock Draft Projections

    • CBS Sports: Round 1, Pick 28
    • Pro Football Network: Round 2, Pick 41

While Scourton was the more productive of the Aggies’ edge rushers—he amassed 17 sacks in his three seasons—he doesn’t possess nearly as good a frame as Stewart, which drops his value.

However, he still projects to be a late first-round to early second-round selection, with many believing he will be a productive pass rusher from Day one.

DT Shemar Turner Mock Draft Projections

    • CBS Sports: Round 3, Pick 90
    • Pro Football Network: Round 3, Pick 74

Turner held down the interior for Texas A&M as an extremely physical force at the point of attack. The skill that he lacks is pass rushing, which leaves his draft range squarely in the third or fourth rounds.
