2025 Delaware Fightin’ Blue Hens Coaching Staff
Head Coach: Ryan Carty
Ryan Carty enters his fourth season as Delaware’s head coach in 2025, having taken over in 2022. A Delaware alum, he returned to his alma mater after establishing himself as an offensive coordinator at New Hampshire and Sam Houston State.
Under his leadership, the Blue Hens have seen gradual progress, with Carty emphasizing a balanced offense and player growth.
