Both the Tennessee Titans and Cleveland Browns are looking to solidify their quarterback situations ahead of the 2025 season.
Tennessee currently holds the No. 1 overall pick in the upcoming NFL Draft, with Cleveland right behind at No. 2.

Titans, Browns Express Interest in Quarterbacks
According to NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport, the Titans are scheduled to attend a private workout for Miami quarterback Cam Ward on Friday.
That comes just two days after the Browns attended Ward’s workout on Wednesday.
Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders is also expected to work out for both teams in the days following his Pro Day.
Simply put, both organizations are in need of a major upgrade at quarterback.
The Titans lost veteran Mason Rudolph in free agency, and second-year quarterback Will Levis has struggled in his early starts.
The Browns also lost Jameis Winston in free agency, and Deshaun Watson’s future with the team remains uncertain. Cleveland traded for veteran Kenny Pickett earlier this offseason.
Can Shedeur Sanders or Cam Ward Be the Answer?
Both Sanders and Ward are viewed as high-upside prospects who could help turn around a franchise.
Sanders earned Big 12 Offensive Player of the Year honors last season after leading Colorado to a reported nine-win campaign. He finished with 37 touchdown passes and more than 4,100 yards through the air. (Note: Sanders’ actual 2024 stats should be confirmed.)
Ward helped guide Miami to 10 wins and was named ACC Player of the Year, throwing for 39 touchdowns and over 4,300 yards. (Note: Cam Ward played for Washington State as of the 2023 season and transferred to Miami. These stats and honors should be verified.)
Both quarterbacks bring star potential and could be game-changers for whichever team selects them.
The Browns and Titans are in desperate search of stability at the position—and they have been for years.
Aside from a few seasons of Ryan Tannehill under Mike Vrabel in Tennessee and a brief run with Baker Mayfield in Cleveland, long-term success at quarterback has been elusive for both franchises.
If Sanders and Ward are as good as advertised, each team would be smart to take a long look.
