How Flau’jae Johnson Built Her $7M Net Worth

Johnson began landing NIL deals the moment she touched down in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. With her mother, Kia Brooks, as her agent, the duo immediately got to work on signing with massive brands.

This January, Brooks told the world how 2025 was already exceeding expectations.

“So I’m still trying to process the blessings of 2024, and yet we are already in the 8th day of 2025 and it’s off to a remarkable start. I can only anticipate what the future holds for my family and myself,” she wrote in an Instagram post.

“To be transparent, the past year has exceeded my expectations in every way. My business, family, and opportunities have experienced unprecedented growth.”

“I’m deeply grateful to God for empowering me to navigate the challenges of motherhood and entrepreneurship.”

Johnson continued, “As I continue to manage and market my daughter’s talents, I’m proud to be a pioneer in this NIL journey, building a legacy for her and our family without the traditional big agency or a marketing team as of yet. This way those fees retain in the family, and I could also leverage the best deals and show my expertise to broker successful partnerships.”

Johnson tops college women’s basketball NIL valuations at $1.5 million, according to On3.
