14 Players From Steve Sarkisian’s Texas Sets Record for 2025 NFL Scouting Invite
Just last year, the Longhorns set a program record with 11 of their players getting an invite to the NFL Scouting Combine. All 11 were drafted in the 2024 NFL Draft.
Now, the record was broken again, with 14 Longhorns players making the cut for the 2025 NFL Combine.

Approximately 329 college players were invited for the workouts, which will be held in Indianapolis from Feb. 27 to March 2.
At the NFL Combine, every individual is tested through various drills to test their physicality. On top of that, interviews are also conducted so that NFL teams can know about a player’s mentality and whether they fit with their culture.
Georgia holds the record for most players being selected from the draft class. In the 2022 NFL Draft, 15 of their players joined the NFL ranks.

Among the most notable names on this list is Ewers. While the quarterbacks did struggle at times, there is a high upside. He is ranked the No. 4 quarterback in the draft class and could be selected on Day 2 of the NFL Draft.
