He spent his first two seasons as a member of the Nevada Wolf Pack before playing his final three for the Colorado State Rams. In his productive five years, he totaled 265 receptions for 3,615 yards and added 27 touchdowns.

Tory Horton NFL Draft Outlook
Horton enters the NFL draft as a skilled wideout who consistently produced during his NCAA career. Scouts can see the tools and potential, which makes him an intriguing Day 2 or 3 prospect.
His ability to keep defenders off balance and his football I.Q. to maximize that advantage makes him a promising prospect. His ability to run routes at all three levels, combined with his field vision to be threatening after the catch and his ability to hit pay dirt, will make him valuable in today’s pass-heavy NFL.

The concerns will be around his medicals following this season’s injury and how his slight frame will handle more challenging coverage in the pros.
In addition, teams may suffer from draft fatigue with Horton. A legitimate prospect as far back as the 2023 NFL Draft, Horton returned to school for a fifth year to raise his draft stock but suffered a knee injury that could ultimately drop him below last year’s projection.
Still, the production is there. Before the injury, he was on pace to finish in the top 20 all-time for career receptions and yards.
Guys with that profile don’t typically flop at the next level.
Bottom Line: Horton should be a productive NFL wideout no matter where he lands, but as is always the case, fit will play a role here. He will benefit from time to add weight and improve his route running as he will see more man coverage going forward.
The ideal scenario for him will be a creative offense that plays to his strengths and gets him the ball in space with opportunities to win while he has time to mature.
Draft Projection: Late Day 2-Early Day 3
