Former Stanford Star Cameron Brink Drops a 2-Word Reaction to Rickea Jackson’s Latest Outfit

Rickea Jackson, the rising forward for the LA Sparks, will enter her second year with the team. But right now, she’s commanding the court in the Unrivaled League. Jackson, who was named a WNBA All-Rookie player last season, has translated her strong play to her time with Mist BC. What’s also translating? Her incredible fashion sense, which Cameron Brink has enjoyed.

Cameron Brink on Rickea Jackson’s Stylish Look

On Feb. 3, ahead of her team’s contest against the Phantom BC, the 23-year-old rocked a chic all-black look. At the Sephora Tunnel Walk, Jackson wore a stylish leather romper with mesh details and added a black oversized blazer for a classy touch. She completed her look with black tights, heels, silver jewelry, and sharp makeup.

Her teammate, Brink, was also supposed to play in Unrivaled, as she signed a multi-year contract with the Lunar Owls. However, due to an ACL injury that she sustained in June while playing against the Connecticut Sun, she did not make her debut in the league. While recovering, Brink has been cheering on her teammates from the sidelines, including their looks.

She reacted to Jackson’s post with a two-word comment:

    “This eatssss🩷”

Brink spoke about her injury, which cut her rookie season short and hindered her chance to play in the 2024 Paris Olympics, on her podcast “Straight to Cam.”

“It’s just hard to be on the sideline,” Brink said. “And it’s kind of almost been even more, it’s been more difficult to be watching [Unrivaled] than the W season. … It’s like two things can be true at once. I want to be back playing so desperately, and I want to be back with people and feel a part of it. I just don’t feel ready yet.”

As her Sparks teammate focuses on her recovery, Jackson has been making the most of her time with the Mist BC. In the game against Phantom, she scored 17 points and four rebounds, becoming more confident and aggressive with her offense.

The Mist BC also has Breanna Stewart, DiJonai Carrington, Jewell Loyd, Courtney Vandersloot, and Aaliyah Edwards in its ranks. The team has been working through a taxing opening record but finally conquered its second win after losing its first four games.

In the contest against Phantom, which the Mist won 64-61, Jackson and Stewart were the cornerstones in the fourth quarter. Stewart scored the team’s final six points, including the game-winning free throw, while Jackson turned the game around with scores at the right time.
