College football is officially over, but don’t be sad; draft season is officially here. One of the biggest showcases for NFL Draft prospects is the Reese’s Senior Bowl, where the best seniors all over the country go to Mobile, Alabama, for three days of practice and then a scrimmage.

The Senior Bowl is on Saturday, Feb. 1, and will have some of the top players in the nation in attendance. Among the prospects is a solid group of receivers that could benefit from a strong performance to boost their draft stock.

Top WR Prospects To Watch in the 2025 Senior Bowl

    Elic Ayomanor, Stanford Cardinal

Elic Ayomanor is an absolute monster at the WR position. He is a physical route runner with strong hands, great body control, and a good ability to get yards after catch. He is ranked as the sixth best WR on CFN’s Top 300 Big Board and the 56th-best player in the entire class.

Ayomanor finished his college career with 125 catches, 1,844 receiving yards, and 12 TDs. Look for him to shine in practice all week and then dominate in the actual game.

    Xavier Restrepo, Miami Hurricanes

Xavier Restrepo projects to be more of a slot WR in the NFL due to his height (5’10”) and lack of top-end speed. However, he could be one of the more productive slots in the entire NFL the moment he steps on the field.

He has a great release package and a strong ability to create separation. His reliable hands and elite body control allow him to make even the hardest catches look easy. Restrepo ranks as the seventh best WR on CFN’s Big Board and the 58th best player in the class.

Restrepo will go down as statistically the best receiver in Miami Hurricanes history, holding the record for career catches and yards within the program. He finished his college career with 200 catches, 2,844 yards, and 21 TDs.

    Tez Johnson, Oregon Ducks

Tez Johnson has the potential to run the fastest 40-yard dash in this draft class. The 5’10” speedster has elite speed with good route-running ability.

Going against some of the best defenders in the country at the Senior Bowl, Johnson will have to prove to NFL GMs that even though he only weighs 160 pounds, he’s physically tough enough to play in the league. He ranks as the eighth best WR on CFN’s Big Board and the 65th best player in the class.

Jayden Higgins had a great career at Iowa State and now looks to ball out at the Senior Bowl. Higgins is a big, physical, and strong WR, standing at 6’4″ and weighing 215 pounds.

While he isn’t a polished route runner, he is the ultimate jump ball threat and could transform into a true X wideout. Higgins ranks as the ninth best WR on CFN’s Big Board and the 78th best player overall.

Higgins looks to show up and show out at the Senior Bowl to boost his stock. He finished his career at Iowa State with 227 catches, 3,317 yards, and 28 TDs.

    Pat Bryant, Illinois Fighting Illini

Pat Bryant is a certified dog and one of the biggest sleepers in this entire draft class. Bryant stands at 6’3″, 200 pounds and is a true X receiver. Despite being 6’3″, he still is a refined route runner, who has elite hands and gets yards after catch consistently.
