Bowl season rattles on this Friday with a five-game slate of bowl games. Oklahoma and Navy kick things off before USC and Texas A&M bring us home.

Friday College Football Player Props
Taylor Tatum Anytime Touchdown (+105)
The Oklahoma Sooners are a shell of themselves and the team wasn’t that great to begin with. However, the lack of playmakers makes it easier to decide who could score for an SEC team against an undersized Navy Midshipmen defense.
Tatum is a strong running back who has flashed over the course of the season. As thin as the Oklahoma offense is, I think the Sooners will still have some success on the ground and when they get close to the end zone, Tatum should benefit.
Haynes King 70+ Rushing Yards (+170)
The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets have the perfect offense to take advantage of the Vanderbilt Commodores’ “bend, don’t break” defense. Haynes King runs often, taking advantage of gaps between the levels of the defense to pick up tough yards.
He also rarely takes sacks that negatively affect his rushing yardage. Vanderbilt is perfectly okay allowing yards between the 20s and along could find plenty of room on Friday.
Taylen Green over 1.5 Passing TDs (+130)
The Arkansas Razorbacks have a favorable offensive matchup in what could be a shootout against the Texas Tech Red Raiders and go in with uncertainty at the running back position. Braylen Russell entered the transfer portal and then withdrew. Sportsbooks don’t really know what to do that, so go with the quarterback.

This prop has great value on FanDuel, as it’s even money elsewhere in the market, but 30% above that on the blue Sportsbook. Take Green’s passing touchdown over in a potential shootout.
Kyle McCord Under 325 Passing Yards
While unders aren’t fun to root for, they’re often practical during bowl season. Kyle McCord led the nation in passing for the Syracuse Orange, largely because they rarely blew teams out. They played plenty of close games, and McCord delivered in those situations.
Syracuse should win handily against a depleted Washington State Cougars squad, and I think Fran Brown will give his star quarterback an early exit. While McCord had more passing yards than anyone else this year, he was 44th in yards per attempt. Without the higher volume of passes, he won’t get to this high number.
Noah Thomas Anytime TD (+160)
If my read on the Las Vegas Bowl is correct, I think the USC Trojans will struggle to stop the Texas A&M Aggies. Specifically, I think they’ll struggle to both stop the run and handle Noah Thomas’ size on the outside.
The Aggies love to use Thomas as a red zone threat (he’s 6’6”; who wouldn’t do that?) I think Marcel Reed will look his way when the Aggies get near the end zone, which could happen several times in Friday’s late-night game.
