Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua’s ex-girlfriend Hallie Aiono is nearing her due date of their alleged unborn child. On Monday, she shared the latest glimpse of their pregnancy as she can’t wait to become a mother of a boy.
Aiono uploaded an Instagram story of her baby bump and attached a heartfelt note:
“my sweet boy. I’m ready for you.”
Nacua and Aiono began dating in 2021 during the wide receiver’s tenure at Brigham Young University.
In May, the two shared excitement that they were going to welcome their first child. But the following month their relationship came under scrutiny after Aiono filed a petition in Los Angeles County Superior Court. She wants Nacua declared as the father of her unborn child, requesting joint legal custody and financial support.

Puka Nacua’s ex Hallie Aiono has used social media to express her feelings and experiences during her pregnancy journey while in the middle of legal dispute. Earlier in May, she dropped her first pregnancy news with an heartfelt caption dedicated to the newborn. She wrote:
“You were something we always dreamt of, but I have never been so afraid. I wasn’t planning for this now, but I know your timing is divine. There are a lot of “why’s” in life currently, but I know that for the rest of my life, you will be my “why”. I can’t wait to love you forever, my sweet boy.”

Moreover, Aiono has also talked about body dysmorphia during her pregnancy. She posted two side by side photos from her third and ninth months of pregnancy to show how her body has changed significantly.
“9 months pregnant. Everyone telling me I look ‘tiny’ ……and that’s on body dysmorphia,” she wrote.
Meanwhile, Puka Nacua has refrained from talking about his legal dispute with his ex-girlfriend.
