The Cavinder Twins Hanna and Haley Cavinder went from being college basketball stars to full-time influencers as soon as they left the University of Miami. They became famous during the pandemic and have undergone various transformations over the years.
In a post on their joint Instagram account, Hanna and Haley Cavinder revealed that they were once “obsessed” over maintaining their skinny bodies. However, this led them to be exhausted and malnourished. The sisters have since bulked up and gained wait but have stated that they are still recovering, as they revealed:
“2 years apart ❤️🩹 no filter, no edits, just two girls who once chased skinny, obsessed over the scale, and thought eating less meant being “better.” we were exhausted, malnourished, and living for control instead of life.” They wrote.
“2 years later, we’re still recovering & learning how much damage living in fight or flight did to our bodies and minds. but we’re also proof that change is possible. nothing changes unless you do!!!” they added.

The twins then stated that they are very passionate about nutrition nowadays and are trying to find some balance and strength. They also stated that they are also trying to help other women to find “balance and strength” before pitching their workout challenge and nutrition guide.
The two former Miami Hurricanes basketball stars continued playing college basketball until their senior year. Since graduating from the school, they have been very busy with their influencer life as they chose to continue being celebrities rather than go pro and join the WNBA.
Hanna And Haley Cavinder Talked About Their Post-College and NIL Life
Hanna and Haley Cavinder were internet celebrities while also being college basketball stars, and they used their popularity as influencers to get some very lucrative NIL deals. However, as they left college, they faced the conundrum of not getting NIL money anymore, but the twins were not fazed by this.
“This season, our record isn’t the best, and obviously that’s not fun,” said Haley. “But playing on the court with Hanna and being able to just leave our careers at the University of Miami together is something I wanted to do.”
They added that they are now entrepreneurs and said that they wanted to do something together and admitted that NIL did set them up to be successful.
