While in the midst of a legal battle with her husband, Miami Dolphins’ Tyreek Hill, Lakeeta Vaccaro Hill has found time to spend on herself. In one of her latest Instagram stories, Vaccaro has shared a picture of herself training at the gym in a blue outfit.
In the next story, she shared a bit more of her routine by adding a snippet of a reel she posted on Wednesday. The reel shows her doing several stretches in the same blue outfit she showed in her first post.
In the caption, she wrote:
“Movement as medicine #ownflow.”

She and Tyreek Hill have been estranged since filing for divorce on April 8 of this year, following a domestic dispute in which police were involved.
Tyreek Hill’s Lawyers Warn Lakeeta Vaccaro About Trying to Destroy His Reputation
Court documents from Tyreek Hill and Lakeeta Vaccaro’s divorce have been unsealed, revealing a series of allegations made by the latter in September about the NFL star committing acts of domestic violence against her throughout the years, including trying to punch her belly while pregnant. This contradicts police reports from April, in which Vaccaro’s mother said that although Hill destroyed several items out of anger and seemed agitated, the couple described their fights as non-physical.
However, Hill has denied any wrongdoing via a letter from his attorney, Seth Schneiderman, to her wife’s lawyer, Evan R. Marks, saying:
“You and your client are undoubtedly aware that any filing of this nature will be scrutinized by the media and become part of the public record. Should these baseless allegations trigger an NFL investigation, suspension, or loss of income for Mr. Hill, the reputational and financial damage will be substantial and may be actionable.”
The letter was also unveiled alongside previously sealed court documents. In his response, Vaccaro’s lawyer said:
“The threats made by Mr. Hill’s attorneys to me were an unsuccessful attempt to try to silence Ms. Vaccaro. This conduct is consistent with how Mr. Hill’s team has been litigating this case, but Ms. Vaccaro will not be intimidated. We are confident that the evidence supports the allegations contained in Ms. Vaccaro’s Amended Petition.”
This comes as Tyreek Hill is set to miss the remainder of the season after suffering an ACL and dislocated knee injury in a game against the New York Jets earlier in the year.
