Anna Kate Sundvold, one of the well-known cheerleaders for the Dallas Cowboys, recently went on a sunny outing on a boat, as seen in her latest post on social media. On Sunday, Oct. 5, Anna uploaded a carousel post to her Instagram, showcasing her most recent vacation with her family and friends to celebrate a close one’s birthday.
The first photo shows Anna and her sister, Caroline Sundvold, who is also a cheerleader for coach Brian Schottenheimer‘s Cowboys. The caption of Anna’s upload confirmed that they were celebrating Caroline’s 30th birthday. While Anna wore a colorful dress on the occasion, her sister donned a neutral brown set.
The next snap in Anna Kate Sundvold’s post shows her in a bright red and pink striped bikini as she is posing candidly on the boat while sitting. She finished off the look with accessories that included a pair of black shades. Afterwards, a group picture is seen of the two sisters, along with their close ones, as they all wear bikinis and pose by the water.

The carousel post shows a few more selfies and group photos from both the boat ride as well as the night celebration. The location for their getaway is confirmed to be Austin, Texas. In the last photo, Anna Kate Sundvold is seen posing in her bikini with a pet dog.
Much to the delight of the Sunvolds, their Cowboys cheerleading squad and the rest of the Dallas faithful, the Cowboys are coming off a win in their last game against the New York Jets in away territory, the MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. They won by 15 points, 37-22. This gives the Cowboys their second win of the 2025 campaign, now with an overall record of 2-2-1.

It seems as though Anna Kate Sundvold returned to her duties as a Dallas Cowboys cheerleader, as seen in her Instagram story.
On Tuesday, Oct. 7, Anna reposted a group photo uploaded by her fellow Cowboys cheerleader, Megan McElaney, to her Instagram. All of them were in their cheerleading uniforms.
