    Ravens Fans Mourn as Beloved Superfan “Captain Dee-Fense” Wes Henson Passes Away

    The Baltimore Ravens Issued a Statement

    Reports on his passing are still emerging, and no public cause of death has been confirmed. His manager stated that Henson had faced health issues in 2024. The Ravens organization issued a statement expressing deep sorrow over the loss and acknowledging the mark he left on the team and city.

    The Ravens took to X to share the heartbreaking news with their fans. The franchise also issued a statement, remembering Henson for who he was.

    “Captain Dee-Fense will forever be remembered for the remarkable joy, encouragement, and love he regularly gave to everyone around him,” the statement read.
