On the show “See Ball Get Ball with David Pollack,” the ESPN Analyst and ex-Georgia star did not hold back when addressing UNC’s awful 2-2 start.
Pollack noted that Cade Klubnik had a real chance to respond that week against North Carolina, stating that it was imperative that he respond; however, Pollack also noted that he completely butchered his own prediction that North Carolina might have six or seven wins during the season because of its schedule.
“(Cade) Klubnik has a real opportunity to bounce back this week because they’re playing North Carolina. Like, you’ve got to bounce back”, Pollack stated.
“Talk about a preseason miss… me on North Carolina saying that they were going to win seven or eight games because of their schedule. They have been ungood. Very ungood”, he explained.
Pollack didn’t merely discuss the on-field news. He referenced Belichick in a pointed way on multiple occasions related to the 24-year-old girlfriend, Jordon Hudson and hinted that his relationship has had some effect as far as the Tar Heels’ performances are concerned.
“And I know there’s all these things that are going on with Bill (Belichick) and the 20-something-year-old that could be an issue and the atmosphere and all the stuff that goes into it”, he further elaborated.
Meanwhile, there has been a lot of conversation lately about Belichick and his girlfriend’s relationship.
One such awkward instance occurred during the CBS Sunday morning interview. When posed with a question related to football strategy and recruiting, Hudson awkwardly shut down a question related to their relationship.

UNC’s Start Raises Questions for Belichick
North Carolina’s two wins have been against Charlotte and Richmond, not exactly confidence-inspiring wins. When the Tar Heels have had Power Four competition against TCU and UCF, they were absolutely crushed.
These losses raise serious doubts about whether Belichick can translate his NFL success into the college game.
The schedule following Clemson looks manageable, only ranked opponent in Virginia of the final seven games. North Carolina had not been winless in conference play since 1989.
