“Don’t Mention Him Being Better Than Shedeur Again”: Fans Troll Cam Ward As Titans Get Shut Out vs Houston in Embarassing Defeat

After suffering an embarrassing 26-0 loss at Houston Texans on Sunday, the Tennessee Titans blasted Cam Ward on X after a horrible performance from the quarterback to start the game.

    Here’s how they reacted:

“Cam ward Is A*s Don’t mention him Being better than Shedeur again,” stated a fan.

“Yall hate Shedeur Sanders but ain’t said sh*t about how trash Cam Ward has been playing,” said a fan.

“Cam Ward sucks and idk why nobody is talking about it,” commented a fan.

“Cam Ward is the worst qb in history,” remarked a frustrated fan.

“Cam Ward is atrocious,” commented another fan.

“I haven’t watched a lot of Tennessee Titans games…. but Cam Ward doesn’t look good,” remarked another fan.

The statistics for the rookie quarterback are a sobering story. Ward completed 10 of his 26 pass attempts for 108 yards, one interception, and he also had two carries for 22 rushing yards.

It was Tennessee’s first shutout loss since 2019, which was a low point for the franchise and the rookie’s first game with new offensive coordinator Bo Hardegree.

Hall’s early excitement quickly fell away after an impressive opening drive as Ward connected with receiver Elic Ayomanor for a 33-yard gain, and Titans kicker Joey Slye missed a 43-yard field goal.

After missing the first field goal, Tennessee’s offense never found any rhythm. They had one more opportunity after the original opening drive to score prior to halftime, but Slye would miss the second field goal attempt, leaving Tennessee empty-handed again.

Ward’s worst error came in the fourth quarter with the Texans leading 12-0. He threw an interception near midfield that would lead directly to a Texans touchdown, and thus allowing the opposition to secure the shutout win and drop Tennessee to 0-4.

Cam Ward’s Struggles Add Pressure to Tennessee’s Playoff Hopes

In four games, Cam Ward has completed 64 of 125 passes for 614 yards with two touchdowns and two picks. While those numbers are not terrible, they are far from the explosive production many forecasted for the former college standout.

There was one throw from the quarterback that was a highlight for Ward. Ward completed a 33-yard pass to Ayomanor with a great amount of accuracy.

The timing of Ward’s struggles could not be worse for Tennessee’s playoff hopes. The Titans have two more road games before returning home, putting even more pressure on a team that is still shaking off an 0-4 start.
