Quarterback Baker Mayfield is arguably the most important player on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ roster. With the team getting ready for its biggest test of the season against the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday, a good performance from him is essential. However, Bucs fans were a little nervous heading into the game because he was listed as questionable on the injury report with a bicep injury.
While there was reason for concern, Mayfield is expected to play, according to a report from insider Adam Schefter.
“Three key Buccaneers listed as questionable for Sunday’s game vs. the Eagles — QB Baker Mayfield (bicep), WR Chris Godwin (ankle), and LT Tristan Wirfs (knee) — all are expected to play, per sources,” Adam Schefter wrote.

With Baker Mayfield in the game, fans should expect a close game between the Bucs and Eagles. Both teams enter the game 3-0, winning all of their games by close margins. Mayfield has been clutch to start the year, leading his team to game-winning drives in all three games.
Baker Mayfield or Daniel Jones For Week 4 NFL Fantasy
Heading into Week 4, if Baker Mayfield is healthy, it is a good idea for fantasy owners to start him. He is a top QB in most leagues, but he is also going against a top team in the Philadelphia Eagles. However, the Eagles are not an elite defensive team this year, coming in as the No. 18-ranked team in total defense.
One of the biggest surprises this season has been the performance of QB Daniel Jones and the Indianapolis Colts. They have won their first three games, and Jones has had a resurgent year. However, this week could be the end of their winning streak as they go up against the LA Rams, who are the No. 5-ranked team in total defense.
According to Yahoo, Jones is the No. 10-ranked QB in fantasy, whereas Mayfield is No. 13-ranked. However, we think it is a better idea to start Mayfield because he is going up against a weaker defense. Additionally, Mayfield is more proven and less likely to regress after a hot start than Jones.
