Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson’s wife, Jilly Anais, recently shared her culinary endeavors on Instagram, and Watson had quite an enthusiastic comment on the post.
Jilly’s “infamous stuffed chicken”, as she captions it, and Caesar salad recipe got her husband commenting on her Instagram reel, stating, “🔥🔥🔥 need it again Wifey!”
In this video, Jilly stated that the dish is “a classic in my household” and mentioned that she has been making the recipe for multiple years. She starts by cutting a pocket in washed chicken breasts, while drizzling them with olive oil and seasoning to her liking.
Jilly explains her filling consists of several different main ingredients. The base ingredients consist of cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, parmesan, and onion powder before she mixed in cooked Italian sausage and spinach.

Anais first sears the chicken in a cast-iron skillet before packing the filling in the chicken pocket. She adds any remaining filling on top for an added flavor and pats a butter pat on top before she bakes the chicken.
To complete the meal, she served the chicken with a side of romaine salad and a side of garlic bread.
Jilly Anais Shares Heartfelt Birthday Post for Husband Deshaun
Watson’s affectionate statements are a testament to the couple’s strong bond. They recently celebrated various important milestones together. The husband and wife got married in July 2025, in a small affair in Miami, after six years of dating.
Jilly, in a celebratory birthday post for her husband, posted multiple pictures while wishing Deshaun on his 30th birthday last week with a heartfelt caption.
“Happy Birthday to my greatest gift, my Husband! From 23 to 30, I’ve had the privilege of walking through every season with you. Every day, I’m in awe of the way you rise, love, and endure; it leaves me forever grateful to be yours. Life makes sense because I get to live it with you. What a gift it is to share this journey with you”, Jilly captioned her post.
“I thank God for you LoveBug! I got your back more than your spine.. beleeDat! Cheers to a new decade! 30 looks good on you baby”, she further wrote.

This support is crucial as Watson is going through a challenging period in his career, having recently torn his Achilles tendon for the second time in early 2025, which sent him to the Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) list, leaving it uncertain whether he’d return this season.
The Browns have made roster alterations in his absence, which began with restructuring Watson’s contract to create salary cap space, and they chose veteran Joe Flacco as their starter for the season with rookies Dillon Gabriel and Shedeur Sanders waiting in the wings.
