Shedeur Sanders has been a topic of discussion his whole career. Even when he is appointed as a QB3 and working with the scouts team, he still manages to get the fans’ attention now and then.
Last week, he caught the fans’ eye for saying that he enjoys practicing with the scout team, as he gets to play six times a week instead of playing just once a week on Sundays.
During a locker room interview on September 25, Shedeur Sanders made a statement saying he believes he can play better than the current quarterbacks in the league.
Powerful: Browns star rookie QB Shedeur Sanders “knows” he is better than some QBs who play in the league right now.
“I know if you see the quarterback play in the league right now, I know I’m capable of doing better than that.”

On an X post by Dov Kleiman, fans poured in their reactions.
“We should put Shedeur and Joe Milton on the same team and let them battle. Then that team can sign a FA QB when Milton throws 2 picks per game and Shedeur has -142 yards rushing,” one fan joked.
“This is the confidence that we support & others hate. As a competitor, is he not supposed to think like this & feel this way? Would you really want a quarterback that doesn’t believe this about themselves? He didn’t say he’s perfect. He said “ man I know I could do that!,” another fan commented.
“Too bad he aint capable of doing better than ancient Joe Flacco or else he would be playing,” another fan added.
“What other 3rd string QB in the league is being interviewed & asked who he’s better than? The reporters know what they are doing,” another fan mentioned.
“People who say that, usually aren’t. In the NFL they don’t care who your daddy is, they want to win,” another fan added.
“Being capable of doing better and actually doing better are two separate things. Anybody (QB’s) in the NFL is capable,” another fan expressed blunt view.
