Stefon Diggs and Cardi B have been one of the most talked-about couples in the NFL world for a while. The rapper recently announced that she was pregnant with Diggs’ child, which only added more excitement among the fans about the couple.
However, recently, Cardi shocked her fans by deleting her social media posts that featured the Patriots’ wide receiver. That sparked breakup rumors about the couple, as that was the only explanation fans could come up with.
During a recent appearance on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast, Cardi revealed the real reason why she made that decision. In typical Cardi fashion, she laughed at all the speculations and stated that she was just being dramatic.
“I’m very dramatic,” Cardi said. “That’s the thing. Something that to people is a big deal, to me, is not a big deal at the moment. And then it became something it’s not.” (56:20)
Cardi B is well known for her goofy personality that often shows up during her interviews or fan interactions. The Grammy winner said that the posts aren’t deleted permanently as she has archived them for the moment.
Cardi said that even Diggs was confused for a while after seeing the uproar over the deleted posts on the internet. When he first noticed it, he asked her about it and they had a good laugh. Cardi said they enjoy that kind of silliness together.
When asked what made her delete the posts, Cardi said that she had already forgotten about it. So, it probably wasn’t anything serious, and she just did that because she felt like it.

Cardi B Opens Up on Delayed Pregnancy Announcement
Cardi B and Stefon Diggs are a power couple. They have a massive following and are well known in their respective fields. So, the news about them expecting a kid together was bound to spread like wildfire. That’s why when she finally announced it, many wondered why she kept it all under wraps.
During a conversation with Gayle King on CBS Mornings, the rapper revealed that there were several factors why she didn’t inform the public about her pregnancy earlier.
“I just was like, ‘Can I just say it on my own time?’ Like, I’m not hiding. On my time, on my own terms. Let me close some deals first, you know what I’m saying? Let me close some deals first.” (3:25)
Cardi said she wanted to ensure the good health of her baby, and once she felt secure about everything, she decided to let the people know.
“It’s like, you don’t really want to say right way that you’re pregnant. It’s like, ‘Let me see a couple of more sonograms. Let my baby be healthy.’”
Surprisingly, at the time of her interview with King, Cardi hadn’t even told her parents about her pregnancy.
