Week 4 of the NFL fantasy football season is quickly approaching. As the season continues to march forward, fans are starting to get an idea of which players are having breakout seasons and which ones are looking like disappointments. While some players are disappointments for their play on the field, others are disappointing because of injuries. Here is a look at the status of some key players ahead of Week 4 of the fantasy football season.
NFL Fantasy Football Injury Tracker Week 4
Joe Burrow
Cincinnati Bengals QB Joe Burrow suffered a Grade 3 turf toe injury in Week 3. He is expected to miss three months. So, he will not be available to fantasy owners in Week 4.
CeeDee Lamb
Dallas Cowboys WR CeeDee Lamb is listed as doubtful for Week 4 after suffering a high-ankle sprain on Sunday against the Chicago Bears. The Cowboys revealed that he is expected to miss three to four weeks.
J.J. McCarthy
After suffering an ankle injury in Week 3, Minnesota Vikings QB J.J. McCarthy remains out. He was officially ruled out by head coach Kevin O’Connell for the team’s game against Pittsburgh.
Joe Mixon
Houston RB Joe Mixon has not participated this season because of a foot/ankle injury. General manager Nick Caserio has kept updates cautious regarding his recovery window. He will not return in Week 4.
George Kittle
San Francisco TE George Kittle suffered a hamstring injury in the first game of the season. He is on the injured reserve and will not be available in Week 4.
Nick Bosa
While most fantasy football leagues do not have slots for individual defensive players, San Francisco DE Nick Bosa could impact owners of the 49ers’ defense. He is out for the season with an ACL injury.

Mike Evans
While he is only listed as doubtful on the injury report, Tampa Bay WR Mike Evans is expected to miss multiple weeks with a hamstring injury.
James Conner
Arizona RB James Conner is on the injured reserve because of a foot injury. He will not be available in Week 4.
Najee Harris
Chargers RB Najee Harris suffered a torn Achilles earlier this season and will not be available in Week 4. He is expected to be out for the season.
Tyrone Tracy Jr.
Giants RB Tyrone Trcy Jr. dislocated his shoulder on Wednesday. He is expected to be out of the lineup for two to four weeks.
