Former Miami Hurricanes women’s basketball star Haley Cavinder has moved on from her career in basketball. Instead, she and her sister Hanna have transitioned to being influencers full-time. While they are no longer playing sports at a high level, they still keep in good shape. Many of their posts involve health and fitness.
On Thursday, Haley Cavinder, who is engaged to Dallas Cowboys tight end Jake Ferguson, made a post on the Cavinder Twins’ Instagram account. In the video, Cavinder took her fans through a full day of eating while rocking a black sports bra and blue shorts. She included a long caption discussing what she eats every day and how it is ok to not be perfect every day.
“Full Day of Eats. Not every day is perfect — but consistency is what matters most, especially when it comes to nutrition. Never fall into the trap (like we once did) of thinking less is more. Fueling your body the right way is a beautiful thing — something we’ve found passion for after years of restriction and undereating. Eat whole foods. Drink water. Don’t restrict. Eat carbs. Haley Cavinder’s Fiancée, Jake Ferguson, Led the Dallas Cowboys in Targets in a Week 2 Win
While Haley Cavinder is no longer playing basketball at a high level, her fiancée, Jake Ferguson, is a tight end for the Dallas Cowboys. In the Cowboys’ Week 2 win over the New York Giants, Gerguson led the team with 12 targets. He caught nine of those passes for 78 yards en route to a 40-37 win for the Cowboys.
This was a big step up for Ferguson after a lackluster Week 1. In his first game of the season, he caught five of six targets for 23 yards. Fans will be watching eagerly to see if their star tight end continues his upward trajectory.
The Cowboys are in action next on Sunday at 4:25 p.m. ET against the Chicago Bears. The Cowboys will travel to Chicago for the matchup and are favored to come out with a win. They currently have a 1-1 record.
