The NFL is looking into the accusations made against Tyreek Hill by his estranged wife Keeta Vaccaro. The latest news in this development emerged on Thursday when it was reported that Vaccaro’s attorney is set to meet NFL’s senior vice president for investigations, Lisa Friel.
Vaccaro has accused Hill of eight domestic violence instances, including two where the Miami Dolphins star shoved his estranged wife to the ground. In April, the authorities arrived at Hill’s home after being called in for an alleged domestic violence instance. While no charges were filed over this incident, the couple has since separated.
Vaccaro’s attorney meeting Friel could result in a possible suspension for the wide receiver. This will mark the first instance where the wide receiver might be punished though he has previously been part of other NFL investigations.
Before this incident, NFL has investigated Hill for two different instances. The wide receiver was accused for child neglect after his three-year old son broke his arm. The NFL investigation into this yielded no punishment for the Dolphins star. Hill didn’t face any punishment after an accident at Florida marina where he allegedly hit a man in the back.

Tyreek Hill’s Attorney Accuses Keeta Vaccaro Of Potential “Shakedown”
According to ESPN, Tyreek Hill’s attorney has stated that the recent domestic allegations filed by Keeta Vaccaro are nothing more than a potential “shakedown” aimed at tarnishing the public image of the Dolphins star. Hill’s attorney said “(it’s) an attempt to generate bad media coverage” for Hill.
The Dolphins wide receiver has also opted not to talk too much about this allegation and said he is focused on foootball.
“My focus right now is just playing ball and spending time with my kids and just doing what I’m best at — providing for my family,” Hill said. “So all the noise, I feel like if you allow that kind of stuff to get in the way of what you’re trying to do, it can only cloud what you’re really trying to get accomplished.”
Meanwhile, details regarding Vaccaro’s eight instances of facing alleged domestic violence were also reported. As per the court documents, the first alleged domestic abuse took place (in January 2024) two months after their marriage.
The allegations states that Hill shoved her to the floor, stood over her, ripped off her necklace causing cut/bruise, at a guest house in Florida. During their stay at an Orlando hotel, Hill is accused for allegedly hair-pulling and twisting body parts. Some incidents allegedly happened while she was pregnant.
It remains to be seen if a potential NFL ban or suspension is along the way.
