Week 4 of the college football season is here, and Tulane vs. Ole Miss is a matchup between two undefeated teams. The No. 13-ranked Ole Miss Rebels will host the Tulane Green Wave on Saturday at 3:30 p.m. ET. While both teams are undefeated, the Rebels enter the matchup as a big favorite.
This is a historic rivalry matchup, but Ole Miss has won the past 13 contests. Here is everything you need to know about the game.

Tulane vs. Ole Miss: Key Players to Watch
Tulane is off to a good start to the season, winning three straight games, including some close matchups. However, the Green Wave have not faced an opponent nearly as strong as Ole Miss. For them to come out on top, they will need their quarterback, Jake Retzlaff, to have a dominant performance. He has been the engine of the offense thus far, throwing for 522 yards and two TDs. He is also the team’s best rusher, carrying the ball 40 times for 288 yards and six TDs.
On the side of Ole Miss, the passing game has been relied on more. Harrison Wallace III has been the team’s top receiver, making 15 catches for 339 yards and two TDs. If he can have another strong game, it should be enough for the Ole Miss offense to overwhelm Tulane.

Tulane vs. Ole Miss Predictions
Looking at this matchup on paper, it is a game between two undefeated teams. However, Tulane has had three games and close matchups in its two most recent games. Neither of those games was against top opponents. They nearly lost to South Alabama in Week 2, coming out with a 33-31 win. As a result, Ole Miss could be too much for the Green Wave defense.
Conversely, while Ole Miss has not played a ranked opponent yet, they have defeated some consistently strong programs in Kentucky and Arkansas. So, Ole Miss is a ranked team that is also more proven than Tulane. As a result, we are predicting the Rebels to come out on top in a matchup that will likely not be very close.
