‘He Dressed Like a Groomsman Who Lost a Bet’: Fans Roast Travis Kelce’s Game Day Outfit as Taylor Swift Gets Dragged In

Travis Kelce has always worn outlandish outfits on his way to football games, including some of the most colourful or avant-garde outfits of any NFL player at press conferences. Today, walking on his way to the Chief’s game against the Philadelphia Eagles, it was no different. He was seen wearing a suit with short dress shorts.

It didn’t take a long time for fans to react to Kelce’s bold outfit.

“He dressed like the groomsman who lost a bet at the bachelor party,” joked one fan.

“Not the biggest fan of short trousers to a suit, but he pulled Taylor swift, so not judging🤣,” said another fan.

“It looks like he dried his suit in the dryer & it shrank,” joked another person.

“Left the clothes in the dryer to long” said yet another person.

Some wondered if his fiancée, superstar Taylor Swift, had any say on the outfit.

“How did Taylor let him out the house looking like that?” asked someone.

“Taylor got this man dressing like a British school kid,” claimed someone else.

“Nice outfit! Taylor dressed him! WTF! 😂😂,” was a recurring assumption.

Travis Kelce’s older brother, retired Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce, is his exact opposite.

Jason barely cares what he’s wearing, as his wife, Kylie Kelce, has attested several times, so when he saw his brother’s outfit, he took to X to mock him.

His tweet showed Eagles player DeVonta Smith, who was also seen wearing a suit and shorts recently.

Travis Kelce Opens Up on his Nervousness While Proposing to Taylor Swift

In an interview released by Fox Sports on Sunday, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end opened up on how he felt while proposing to pop superstar Taylor Swift. Last month, Kelce and Swift announced their engagement in one of the top pop culture stories of 2025.

Kelce admitted he was nervous when asking her to be his wife.

“She can tell that story. The palms were definitely sweating. I’m an emotional guy, so there were a few tears here and there,” Kelce said. “It’s been an exciting ride up to this day, and I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with her.”

Travis Kelce also said being with Swift brought the best out of him and that he has become a better person since he started dating the Grammy Award winner.
