Legendary football tactician and current North Carolina Tar Heels coach Bill Belichick and model Jordon Hudson announced that they were dating in September 2024. They have attracted more attention because of their age gap. Belichick is 73 while Hudson is 24.
According to an article by Vocal published on Monday, Sept. 1, Belichick met Hudson in February 2021. They met on a flight to Florida and started talking regularly. Belichick broke up with his girlfriend of 16 years, 62-year-old Linda Holliday, which was publicly announced in September 2023.
Belichick and Holliday, a former TV correspondent, never revealed why they decided to split. However, several reports indicated that Hudson’s coming into Belichick’s life could be a factor, given that a year later, Belichick and Hudson went public with their relationship in September 2024. This was when Hudson welcomed Belichick to Instagram as he finally made his account.
The next couple of months saw Hudson post about Belichick on her Instagram account, as they engaged in traveling, golfing, attending intimate gatherings, and more. This included a post on Halloween in 2024, when Belichick dressed as a fisherman and posed for a photo on the beach of him reeling in Hudson, who had a mermaid’s tail.
Belichick and Hudson made their first public appearance during last year’s Natural History Gala at the American Museum in New York City in December. The gala is an annual celebration of the museum and also a means for it to receive support towards its educational and scientific programming. Belichick and Hudson wore matching black outfits.

Jordon Hudson recently teased a documentary for Bill Belichick’s UNC Tar Heels program
On Aug. 24 of this year, Jordon Hudson uploaded a photo of her doing the flying kiss pose with Bill Belichick right beside her on her Instagram account.
She then tagged streaming services Hulu and Disney+, along with movie and television production EverWonder Studio, as this seems to confirm the recent reports of the UNC Tar Heels’ 2025 season being covered by Hulu for public viewing.
